Quality Assurance wing serves as a soul for any organization. In any department, the Quality Assurance wing plays a decisive role in enhancing the performance of different branches. It keeps strict checks on the ongoing trainings and springs into action whenever something goes wrong. The Quality Assurance wing in QAED, Punjab is just like a live-wire and so far has contributed a lot in scaling up the standard of education throughout the province. It helps the sister branches at QAED in making and moulding the material. It ensures quality of documents, trainings and modules. In addition, it sets parameters for the selection of trainers, adoption of materials and then their smooth execution. This wing has developed proformas for ranking and grading of both the trainers and the manuals. The performance of other pillars of QAED is closely linked with the performance of this wing. The monitoring and evaluation wing gathers required information from the participants of the trainings and presents its report to the concerned corners after thorough investigation.

develop / re-engineer numerous system components including QMS, SOPs, JDs, Tools, Processes, Reporting mechanisms, Ranking & Grading criteria related to business activities
plan, organize and participate in Internal Quality Audits
coordinate all activities of Annual Surveillance Audit for ISO 9001:2015 certification
monitor and report training activities and assess compliance on SOPs
perform detailed assessment of training management and enhance trainers’ performance
coordinate activities regarding selection and retention of resource persons according to their grading
plan and organize validation exercise of the QAED Master Trainers to enhance quality of HR

Internal and External Surveillance Audit (2020) for ISO 9001:2015
